Roller Compaction / Dry Granulation:

Fine and poor flowing powders can be compacted into densified sheets using dry granulation technology. The LCS and CCS roller compactors by Fitzpatrick use mechanical force between two counterrotating rolls. The densified sheets are then granulated to any desired particle size distribution to increase flowability and efficiency during tableting.

Fitzmill:

Fitzpatrick Hammer Mills produce the smaller PSDs and are more suited to abrasive and difficult to mill products. They are the mill of choice when you need to precisely control the particle size reduction process.
It can mill a wide product range such as coarse material PSDs, chopping of dry material, size reduction of wet material, de-lumping of agglomerated wet or dry material, pulverizing, solid blending and granulating compacted material

Quadro H20 Comil:

A breakthrough in cone milling technology resulting in a dramatic reduction in API particle size distributions previously unattainable by conical mills.

YTRON ViscoTron:

The ZC ViscoTron uses the same powder incorporation technology as the YTRON ZC, with the addition of 2 positive displacement pumps to achieve powder incorporation into viscous liquids or applications with a high powder/liquid ratio.

YTRON-Y ByPass:

Batch incorporation of difficult to wet powders using the negative pressure generated by the rotor at the end of the ByPass tube to suck material into the action zone below the liquid level.

Quadro Model F10:

The F10 Fine Grind system provides a compact mobile fine grinding mill in the particle size range 150 - 10 micron complete with integrated feeder, filter separator and air unit.

Quadro FlexSift:

High capacity security screening of powders, flakes and granules before entering downstream equipment. Prevents damage caused by foreign bodies entering the process.

YTRON ContiCone:

The ContiCone is a unique product based on the proven YTRON-ZC technology. The ContiCone enables you to instantaneously disperse or incorporate a dosed quantity of solids into a metered liquid flow. The ContiCone’s techonology allows a high level of accuracy at high concentrations of continuous dispersion of powders in a single pass.

VMI Ultralab:

The ULTRALAB® has been designed to develop cosmetics products such as creams, gels, ointments and make-up products in laboratory and in small quantities (500 – 3,000 ml) with the primary focus on scaling up to larger production.

YTRON-Y Shear Jet Mixer:

The YTRON-Y Shear Jet applies high shear forces into the product while providing a similar mixing effect as the standard YTRON-Y jet mixer. This makes the YTRON-Y Shear Jet suitable for the production of emulsions and for size reduction of particles during mixing.
This design can also be combined with the YTRON Bypass tube to incorporate powders directly into the mixing head thereby dispersing them instantly.

Quadro Compensator:

A flexible triclamp sleeve which allows the connection of two items of process equipment that maybe slightly misaligned. The sleeve is a one piece moulded seal from FDA compliant materials.

Labocontrole Sampling Systems:

Powder and liquid sampling devices for safe and easy collection of representative samples from sacks, drums, hoppers, chutes, tankers and vessels. With manual devices and automated samplers for the food, dairy, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

YTRON-Y:

Directed jet mixer for in-tank mixing which generates an axial flow of fluids through the Y rotor/stator head giving rapid homogeneous mixing without aeration. Available with ByPass for powder incorporation direct to the mixing head.

YTRON-ZC:

Continuous powder dispersing unit for difficult powders such as gel forming products, i.e. Carbopol, Xantham Gum, CMC, Pectin.

YTRON-XC:

Continuous powder dispersing unit for large volumes such as reconstituting milk powder.

YTRON-Z:

High shear homogeniser for the size reduction and emulsion generation of slurries and liquid/liquid applications in continuous or recirculation processes.
Smoothing of yogurt, fruit juices and many other applications in the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
