Tray & Case Packer - TCP G3 series:: The TCP G3 series executes a side-load packing of your products in cases or trays, and is especially developed for packing flexible bags.

Key characteristics:
– Packs up to 140 products per minute and 10 cases per minute
– Automated changeover (less than 5 min) for packing different formats of bags and cases on the same line
– User-friendly
– Optimized energy consumption
– Low footprint
– Case closing possibilities: glue, tape or folding
– Available as all-in-one machine (integrated case erector and case closing), stand-alone machine or dual machine.
Tray & Case Packer - TCP G4 series:: The TCP G4 series is a pick & place case packer available as a dual machine with ultra low footprint.

– Packs up to 2x120 products per minute and 2x10 cases per minute
– Automated changeover (less than 5 min) for packing different formats of bags and cases on the same line
– User-friendly

Wrap-around Tray & Case Packer - WCP series:: The WCP series packs your products in wrap-around cases, and can handle a wide range of product type and size.

– Automated changeover (less than 5 min) for packing different formats of products and cases on the same line

Wrap-around Tray & Case Packer - WP3000 for pancakes & tortillas:: The WCP series packs your products in wrap-around cases, and can handle a wide range of product type and size.

Key characteristics:
– Packs up to 80 products per minute or 8 cases per minute
– Automated changeover (less than 5 min) for packing different formats of products and cases on the same line
– User-friendly
– Option for packing cases with reinforced corners
Label applicator for pallets - LabelEx:: The automated pallet label applicator is equipped with a printer and a scanner for labelling short or long sides of pallets. This means they can be tracked by using barcodes.
