Modular Tiny M-TBAR:

The M-TBAR is a compact, 6.4cm long IP67-rated tiny LED bar light that allows users to change the beam angle with TPL Vision’s Angle Changers. Offering unparalleled flexibility, the M-TBAR provides a convenient way to expertly illuminate small-scale vision applications requiring a robust lighting solution.

The Modular M-TBAR comes with strobe and continuous working in one product. The built-in strobe OverDrive feature makes it perfect for the automotive industry, logistics, electronics manufacturing, and other robotics, quality control and machine vision inspection applications including:

Modular M-EBAR:

TPL Vision’s award-winning, patented Modular Bar light illumination provides universal solutions for pick-and-place, logistics, packaging and traceability applications.

The Modular Bar is TPL Vision’s most universal solution designed to fit almost any type of application. Available in 4 sizes from 125mm to 500mm, the IP65 qualified design has the performance needed to maintain a bright and homogeneous output with the added flexibility of changing the illumination angle with the Angle Changers. This versatile solution is known for preserving high brightness for any machine vision application regardless of the working distance and field of view.

Fluorescence Imaging Solution:

TPL Vision’s Fluorescence Imaging Solution (FIS) is a flexible multi-wavelength UV dome light suitable for authentication, traceability and fluorescence inspection applications. Due to its unique design that allows users to test and select multiple UV wavelengths (UV365, UV395 & UV405), the FIS is suitable for the inspection of bank notes and excise stamps, as well as inspecting various levels of UV security and brand protection features used on pharmaceutical products, electronics and luxury goods, including perfumes and aftershaves, tobacco and alcohol products, and designer-branded goods.

Compatible with any visible spectrum camera, the FIS is an all-in-one UV solution that also maximises the safety of operators by blocking direct UV radiation through the dome and the integrated filter.

Collimated CSBACK backlight:

TPL Vision’s semi-collimated backlight, the CSBACK is the perfect illumination choice for the inspection or measurement of clear plastics and rounded parts. Collimated light by definition has parallel light rays, and therefore spreads minimally as it propagates, helping to create high-contrast images needed for precise edge detection and defect analysis.

Key application areas include the inspection of objects with rounded edges and clear parts, which may be challenging to inspect with traditional backlights due to the lack of contrast. A collimated light allows users to eliminate this effect by providing a narrower illumination angle that stops the light from wrapping around rounded parts. This also means that images of clear parts no longer appear “washed out”. The edges are more clearly defined, and details are seen with improved contrast, leading to high-quality images and increased accuracy.

Modular Ringlight:

TPL Vision’s Modular Ringlight is a flexible bi-colour LED illumination designed with tough production environments in mind. Being able to cover various illumination configurations with just a few elements allows users to solve illumination projects while dealing with only a few components. Depending on the desired effect, the camera can be placed on the side or be mounted to be looking through the ring, which is also suitable for providing reflected diffused light in enclosed spaces.

Essential EBAR+:

An easy to use and highly powerful LED barlight by TPL Vision, the Essential EBAR+ comes in different sizes from 17cm to 1.5m. Suitable for various lighting methods, its robust aluminium structure helps dissipate the heat generated by the LED. The EBAR+ is available in 3 versions including standard, link (providing direct connection to the camera) and overdrive (allowing a very precise customisation of the luminous flux).

IP69K washdown barlight

TPL Vision’s IP69K washdown barlight was created to provide bright and uniform illumination in a reliable package for food & beverage and pharmaceutical machine vision applications. The enclosure was designed to withstand the rigours of chemical cleaning and decontamination processes associated with these industries. The product provides high power of 8,185 lux at 0.5m (for a 125mm bar) and 14,650 lux (for a 1250mm bar) and comes with a new dimming function, which provides the control needed for finding optimum brightness.
