Manufacturing pumps since 1970, Tapflo are an experienced team providing solutions that meet customers process pump requirements. Known globally for our Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps' winning concept, creating a reliable, compact pump with minimal components for easy maintenance.

We pride ourselves on being flexible with every solution, providing systems that meet the requirements and needs of our customers. Tapflo UK developed LEAP technology for a customer who was looking for a low energy solution for their Diaphragm Pumps. LEAP ensures that AOD Pumps start operating at a lower pressure which reduces energy consumption and energy costs by up to 70%!

We're not just known for our Diaphragm Pumps, Tapflo also manufactures a range of industrial and hygienic Centrifugal Pumps including self-priming and magnetically driven options. Tapflo UK is also proud to work alongside partnering pump manufacturers such as Pomac Pumps, Salvatore Robuschi, Yildiz Pompa and Gemme Cotti to provide a variety of pump technologies to the UK market.

Our product ranges are in continuous development with products and accessories being released to compliment the range. Our manufacturing process is certified according to ISO 9001:2000. All pumps are also CE-marked and fulfil the demands of the EC machinery directives. We also have Tapflo models certified according to the EC ATEX directive, for products used in explosion hazardous environments.

Tapflo UK has a team of in-house engineers who have extensive knowledge and experience working with pumps and systems which allows them to work closely with our customers to offer bespoke systems. Diaphragm Pumps:: Tapflo manufactures Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps, suitable for use in a variety of different hygienic and industrial applications.

HDPE & PTFE SERIES: Tapflo manufactures HDPE and PTFE Diaphragm Pumps. These are manufactured from solid block material to produce a robust material, idea for corrosive fluids. These materials can be used to handle almost any liquid substance, including those which are viscous, contain solids or are chemically aggressive such as acids.

METAL SERIES: Tapflo Metal Diaphragm Pumps are available in Aluminium, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel and PTFE coated Aluminium. Pumps in this series are built using a simple design that is both compact and highly functional.

SANITARY SERIES: Tapflo produces a range of Sanitary Diaphragm Pumps ideal for use in industries where hygiene is paramount, such as: food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. The pumps are manufactured from high-quality Stainless Steel AISI 316L with a high-grade surface finish. Features of this series include a maintenance-free ball check valve system and total visual inspection aspects of the wetted parts. Support CIP & SIP, easily turn the pumps to drain.

EHEDG ASEPTIC SERIES: For the highest level of hygiene, Tapflo's Aseptic Diaphragm Pump has EHEDG certification which ensures that the pump conforms to the highest level of hygiene for products. The series has been produced for sterile use, predominantly for pharmaceutical and biotech applications.

All of our Diaphragm Pumps are manufactured with a simple design for minimum parts which ensure easy maintenance and reduce spares costs.
Centrifugal Pumps:: Tapflo manufacture horizontal, mag drive and vertical Centrifugal Pumps in PP and PVDF plastics, as well as in stainless steel. Centrifugal Pumps have a simple operating principle, a compact design and the versatility to carry any substances from water to chemicals. Tapflo Centrifugal Pumps can be used in many different industries for multiple purposes including hygienic and industrial.
