T Freemantle Ltd is a UK based machinery manufacturer with many years experience in the end of line machinery for the Food and Beverage industry. Our range of machines are designed to offer simple, effective and reliable solutions for multipacking, cartoning and sleeving applications.
This range of equipment incorporates some unique design features that have been developed through listening to hundreds of machinery users. These innovations include major space savings due to our compact designs incorporating our slimline autoloader. Rapid and extremely accurate size change procedures utilising our pinlock system are some of the most simple to operate and maintain machines available. All machinery is backed by a team of trained engineers and a range of service contract options tailored to suit each requirement.

- Two Flap Sealer (UK):
- Variable size carton sealer with hot melt glue. Stainless steel build. Up to 30 cartons per minute.
- Continuous Two Flap Sealer (UK):
- Variable size carton sealer with hot melt glue. Stainless steel build. Up to 65 cartons per minute.
- Semi Automatic End Load Cartoner (UK):
- Semi automatic cartoner with tuck or glue capacity. Stainless steel build. Up to 80 cartons per minute.
- Automatic End Load Cartoner (UK):
- Fully automatic cartoner with tuck or glue capacity. Stainless steel build. Up to 200 cartons per minute.
- Semi Automatic Beverage Multipacker (UK):
- Semi automatic variable size and designed specifically for the beverage industry to pack a wide range of can and bottle sizes in counts from 4 to 24. Stainless steel build. Capable of 50 multipacks per minute.
- Fully Automatic Beverage Multipacker (UK):
- Fully automatic beverage multipack machine for bottles and cans in counts of 4 - 24 in a range of carton board and corrugated multipacks. Stainless steel build. Up to 75 multipack cartons per minute.
- Beverage clusterpack machine (UK):
- Fully Automatic variable size wrap around cluster packer for cans and bottles in 4, 6, 8 and 10 pack counts at 80 packs per minute. Stainless steel build, compact and UK manufactured.
- Top Load Cartoner (UK):
- Hygienically built Top Load cartoning machinery for speeds up to 100 cartons per minute. Designed for use in high risk production environment and compact and simple in design.
- Tray Erector (UK):
- Slow and high speed erector capable of fixed and change size. Suitable for a range of transit, display and shelf ready tray designs.
- Automatic Pre Glued Sleever (UK):
- Fully automatic variable size sleever for pre glued sleeves. Stainless steel build. Capable of 120 sleeves per minute. The most flexible and fastest machine of its type available.
- Wrap Around Sleever (UK):
- Fully Automatic variable size sleever for wrap around glued sleeves. Stainless steel build. Capable of 150 sleeves per minute.
