Products Supplied

FILLING MACHINES:: Fully automatic and semi-automatic dosers & fillers for solids and liquids of all viscosities. Throughputs up to 200ppm. Applicable to all product and container types common to the Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics and Nonwovens industries.
SEALING MACHINES:: Fully programmable seal, seal-fill, or seal-fill-cap machines in either in-line or monoblock configurations. Throughputs up to 200ppm. Applicable to formed cups and containers (made of PS, PP, PET, APET CPET, aluminium and coupled cardboard), trays, bags, bottles or tubs (made of plastic, glass and metal). Optional vacuum/gas facilities to extend the product shelf life.
CAPPING MACHINES:: Fully and semi-automatic capping and crimp machines for screw caps, snap-on caps, twist-lock caps, witches hat caps, ROPP Caps, trigger and spray pump caps, crimp sealing and more. Throughputs up to 200ppm.
LABELLING MACHINES:: Labelling machines for buckets, flat, oval, conical, rectangular or cylindrical containers requiring front, back, side, wraparound, top, bottom, or tamper-evident labelling. Throughputs up to 200ppm.
MONOBLOCK MACHINES:: Any function featuring feeding, filling, capping, double-capping weighing, labelling, QC and discharging in an ultra-smart monoblock configuration for production lines in the Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetic and Nonwovens sectors.
TURNKEY PACKAGING LINES:: A full suite of semi or fully automatic inline Turnkey Packaging Solutions for a wide array of functions and products.
