The Samson Nano pallet wrapping device was launched in 2014 and provides a complete turnkey solution to businesses who care about getting their pallets to their customers in good condition. With no CapEx, and all servicing and maintenance covered by Samuel Grant, all clients pay for is pallets successfully wrapped. The machine boasts innovative technology partnered with the best stretch film available.

To complement the Samson Nano, the Samson Nano Slingshot was launched in 2020. By using this horizontal pallet testing facility, clients can see the effectiveness of their pallet wrapping in terms of safety and efficiency. Our experts can then advise on ways to improve the pallet stability, always with the consideration of using as little film as possible to secure loads and get them to their destination in perfect condition.

Samson Nano:
The Samson Nano's unique fixed price per wrapped pallet costing system means that the machine, its servicing and maintenance and the film are all monitored on a daily basis by the team at Samuel Grant. Clients only pay for pallets successfully wrapped, so if there is an issue, the Samuel Grant team will fix it as part of the agreement, at no extra cost. Settings are fixed to avoid operator override, meaning that only the minimum amount of film is used to secure the loads and get them to their destination in perfect condition. This cuts down on the amount of plastic used, providing a clear environmental advantage. The machines' internet-linked reporting software allows for quick and easy analysis of the operation, remotely. The machine is always kept up to date with the latest technology, never with any capital expenditure to the customer. Faster, Safer, Smarter and Cheaper.

Created specifically to complement the Samson Nano machine, the stretch wrap stretches further than other stretch films ensuring a more stable load and transparency for bar code scanning of pallets.

The Samson Nano Slingshot machine is unique to Samuel Grant Packaging in the UK for testing to EUMOS standards. The testing laboratory is the only EUMOS certified centre for horizontal pallet load security testing in the UK.
Captures over 475 images frame by frame of pallet during each test. Full detailed analysis report provided showing deformation and pass or fail.
