Condor™ Platform:

The Condor™ Platform is a browser-based modular integration with rigorous user specific security properties. It provides a central overview by connecting to multiple systems such as process control systems, ERP or PLC/SCADA.

This connection enables you to create and manage ingredients and finished products. Condor™ also allows you to manage and monitor a range of raw material parameters such as tolerances, densities, families, cross contamination, authorised routes, mixer settings, energy usage and many more.

Traceability and the tracking of materials is achieved by the real-time monitoring of lot information. Condor™ checks barcodes, lot codes and expiry dates across the production process for accuracy and efficiency.

The Revolutionary TiME (Time in Motion and Energy) feature allows users to accurately monitor the energy and time usages of production runs and individual batches, while also displaying defined work-centre utilisation during the processes.

Condor Cloud and Condor Microman are integration and process control products for smaller manufacturers that need more visibility but do not need the big infrastructure and investment costs.

StoraWeigh™ Process Control:

The StoraWeigh brand is one of Promtek’s signature products. It has been developed to manage process control through over 40 years of industry insight and expertise.

Process control is a vital part of any production facility and the StoraWeigh suite of systems and graphics integration generates bespoke production control and support. StoraWeigh creates a customer-specific control centre that ensures optimal production through accurate batch control, trusted weights and measurements of ingredients and materials, recipe control, and blending and menu scheduling.

StoraWeigh’s flexibility coordinates process control across all levels of production. Small, single-ingredient throughput weighing and raw material hand-weighing can be operated through the StoraWeigh Portable (formerly sold as Microman) range. Fully integrated, multi-line manufacturing processes can be managed through the main StoraWeigh platform.

Kestrel SCADA™:

Kestrel is a low-cost manufacturing execution platform with built-in open interfaces to a range of both widely used and bespoke PLC and ERP systems. As a graphics-based process management system, Kestrel SCADA offers fully integrated and state-of-the-art process controls designed to complement StoraWeigh’s systems integrations suite.

Kestrel SCADA is professionally supported by a team of dedicated and experienced engineers servicing production customers worldwide. Promtek provides remote access and responsive 24-hour assistance along with built-in ISO 45001 support.
