BC-135 SR VULCAN
The Blister packing machines BC-135 SR VULCAN, the most compact machine in its production range, have been designed to form blisters in PVC/ALU (if properly equipped, they can process different forming/lidding materials like ALU/ALU, Polypropylene, PET, PVC + ACLAR, etc.). The design and balcony-type structure make it extremely accessible, easy to use and allow a full view of the entire production flow. Conforming to GMP guidelines, the BC-135 SR VULCAN machine cables and other connections are housed inside the machine structure granting a fast and complete cleaning operation. These machines mould cavities into forming material, feed products of different shapes into cavities (capsules, tablets, oblongs, etc.), seal the lid material and discharge the blisters onto the outfeed conveyor.

CM50 ARGUS

The CM-50 ARGUS consists of a monobloc unit that integrates a variety of operations in just one machine, to guarantee very high levels of efficiency in the crucial counting, filling and capping phases.

Suitable for solid products, this machine counts each tablet, capsule, pill and hard or soft gelatine. Depending on the type of production and specific customer requirements, the machine can accommodate operator protection (RABS) or product protection systems (Laminar Flow). All parts in contact with the product (hopper, vibrating trays, pre-counting tubes, product funnels), can be easily removed for cleaning, or maintenance. The monobloc integrates a performing intermittent motion station for bottle capping. With this station, Siempharma covers all production requirements for speeds up to 50 pieces per minute. All different types of caps (pressure, screw-on, pilfer proof, etc.) can be handled.
