Bespoke Machined Plastics:

Our industry leading experience in machined plastics allows us to create bespoke pieces such as guides, wear strips and guards that fully complement our extensive range of core products that are stocked and available for next day delivery.

Return Components:

Plastic and rubber coated return rollers to support and reduce the wear on chains and belts underneath the conveyor. These rotate freely and are offered in a range of sizes.

In addition we also offer snap-on sliding shoes, locking collars and serpentine wear strips with corresponding spacers.

Magnetic, Tab & Bevel Corner Tracks:

Curve and track profiles for steel and plastic side flexing and straight running Movex chains. This includes for Bevel, TAB and magnetic chains. These curves can be made from a high grade of polyethylene including lubricated versions with better PV-properties meaning the curves can be applied in high speed dry running applications.

Bearing Supports:

UCF and UCFL bearings in chrome steel with stainless steel and other types available upon request. The housings are made from reinforced polyamide with higher load capacity and good resistance to corrosive chemicals such as water, oils, petrol and alcoholic beverages.

All our bearings can be used at temperatures between 0°C and +80°C. As standard the bearings we stock come with either an open closed clip-on safety cap in PP, rotary shaft seal ring in NBR rubber and an O-ring in NBR rubber.

Conveyor Components:

Full comprehensive stock of brackets, adjustable heads, handles, knobs, clamps, pins, roller guides, transfer rollers, hinges, cross clamps, reflector lamps and other parts to support your conveyor needs.

Plastic Chains:

Straight running and side flexing plastic chains in low friction acetal and high performance MX, which is harder wearing and lower friction, making it the ideal choice for dry running applications.

Steel Chains:

Straight running and side flexing steel chains in specially treated Ferritic Stainless Steel (1.4589) with hardened pins. Suitable for glass bottles, PET containers, kegs, crates and many other products.

Chain Sprockets:

Machined and moulded polyamide sprockets designed to split so that they can be installed and uninstalled from the shaft easily.

Chain Idler Wheels:

Spool type polyamide idler wheels designed to split so that they can be installed and uninstalled from the shaft easily.

Modular Belts :

The range includes Flat Top, Flush Grid, Raised Rib, Low Back Pressure (LBP), Vacuum Top, Rubber Top and Side flexing executions.

Belt Sprockets:

Machined and moulded polyamide sprockets designed to split so that they can be installed and uninstalled from the shaft easily.

Levelling Feet & Pads:

Plastic based articulated feet start from 40mm diameter to 123mm base diameter with spindles available in stainless steel or zinc plated steel. We also offer a range of stainless steel feet with a non-slip base.

Extruded Profiles:

Made from UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) our range of profiles include Z-Profile, L-Profile, J-Profile, Flat and Clip-On chain guide profiles.

We also offer a comprehensive range of Bar Caps, Guide Rails, Neck Guides, Side Guides, D and U Profiles to cover a wide range of applications.

Modular Systems:

A range of modular systems combining modular belts with pre-assembled frames.
From curve conveyors in a range of track widths to innovative active transfer plates and multi-directional belts and sorters, these systems are easily connected to existing conveyor layouts and are perfectly suitable for a variety of industries including food and beverage, container, pharmaceutical and automotive. A range of gear motors and floor supports are also available.
