Self actuated pumps:

Micro Dosing Unit:

The Precyx® MD Micro Filling Unit has been developed for low volumes and demanding applications. It provides doses with a very high and repeatable accuracy. With its 100% pharmaceutical design and small footprint, it can easily be integrated in any sterile environment.

Extended Range Filling System:

This Precyx® ERD filling system has a 100% pharmaceutical design and will cover a filling range from 0,03ml to 175ml. With its small footprint, you can either integrate it in an existing or new filling line You can also use it as a stand-alone autonomous filling unit for R&D or manual filling. The system will provide repeatable and precise doses even with difficult products.

Single Use Filling Unit:

With the Precyx® Single Use Filling Unit, Neoceram is offering you a high performing tool combining the advantages of a single use device with the the stable, accurate and reliable performance of a ceramic pump.

Neoceram provides the complete filling kit composed of a single use ceramic pump with an active distribution device.

Modular Filling Unit:

Neoceram has developed the Precyx® WH filling unit with a modular design that will satisfy our customer’s dosing needs across a large variety of applications while granting excellent versatility, low maintenance and compact design. This dosing system can be used with different drives and for a wide range of viscosities.
