Metal Detectors:
IQ4 Metal Detection systems designed for conveyorized, pumped, gravity fed and pharmaceutical applications for great detection of all metals. Also available as RUN-WET®, with IP69 rating for high-care, harsh washdown environments.
X-Ray Inspection:
X5 X-Ray inspection systems especially for conveyorized, pumped and bulk applications to detect all metals, glass, bone, stone and dense plastics, even in foil trays or foil packaging, plus enables product integrity checks.
Checkweighing:
CW3 Dynamic Checkweighing systems for checking light to heavy weight conveyorized products whilst in motion, preventing over or underweight product, and available with RUN-WET® specification.
Pharmaceutical Metal Detectors:
Solutions for inspecting tablets and capsules to keep contaminant free from metal, plus an X-ray solution for inspecting tablets in foil blister packs.
Vertical Fall and Waferthin Metal Detectors:
Ideal for gravity fed products such as powders and granules - both units are compact and easy to use whilst offering industry leading detection performance.
Combination Systems:
Our class-leading combination systems offer both contaminant detection and dynamic checkweighing in an integrated package for better operator productivity, optimising line space and all from one supplier. Also available as RUN-WET®, with IP69 rating for high-care, harsh washdown environments.
