Electronic Automatic Gummed WAT Machines:

The KB Packaging Gummed Tape Dispenser moistens the gummed paper tape and dispenses at a predetermined length to suit your packaging. The immediate moistening of the adhesive before it is applied to a cardboard box creates maximum adhesive strength. The adhesive bonds to the fibres in the cardboard making it impossible to reopen the box once applied.

Gummed Paper Tape Machine guarantees a steady and smooth process during packaging and is suitable for use with normal and reinforced wet gummed paper tape. Some tapes have the adhesive on the inside of the reel and some on the outside of the reel. The BP401 will work with both types up to a width of 70mm.

The electronic functions built into the gummed tape dispenser give the operator full control in setting the correct lengths for your packaging and dispense the gummed paper tape at 30m/min so there is no delay in packing your parcels.

Suitable for Wet adhesive tape (standard or reinforced) in 70mm width.

Protega Paper Void Fill Dispensing Systems & Accessories:

Protega paper void fill machines offer the latest in high-performance paper cushioning. A sustainable ecological alternative to traditional protective materials such as bubble wrap or foam. A range of accessories and solutions call also be paired such as the pack bench systems and hopper.

Using pre-folded recycled paper, the Protega paper dispenser is arguable one of the quicker paper machines to load or change rolls. Pre-folded paper gives high strength cushioning for the most challenging of products.

100% Paper Biodegradable Machine Compatible Strapping:

Paperstrap Pro is a fully recyclable, biodegradable alternative to polypropylene plastic strapping. The packaging waste can then be processed along with any other paper-based waste packaging such as cartons and paper tape. It is recommended for use with friction weld hand strapping tools, and semi-automatic strapping machines and can also be used in adapted fully automatic strapping machines. 200x180mm Cardboard Core.
