Established in 1985, Karmelle Ltd are British manufacturers of high-quality liquid packaging machinery for the pharmaceutical, food and drink, chemical, cosmetic and oil industries. - Semi-automatic filling machines:
- Choose from a range of semi-automatic filling machines, including our entry-level Bench Top Filler, Vertical Fillers, and Boom Arm and IBC Fillers. Suitable for food, oil, chemical or personal care products; volumetric, gravimetric and flowmeter options available.
- Automatic filling machines:
- Scale-up production with fully-automatic filling equipment, made in the UK. The range includes inline multiple-head filling machines and bucket filling equipment. We also offer a high-speed Rotary Filling Machine and Rotary Monoblock.

- Capping machines:
- Robust and reliable, Karmelle Ltd’s Rotary, Pick and Place, Spindle, and Indexing Capping Machines are suitable for a variety of closures. Retorque machines and cap detection systems also available. Meet sector-specific challenges with specially designed systems, like the ‘T’ Cork Capper.
- Labelling machines:
- Label efficiently and accurately with our automatic labelling machines - Front-and-Back Side Apply systems, to Three Point Wraparound Machines, Flash Labellers, Pallet Labellers, wet-area machines and Bakery Machines.
- Feed table systems (UK):
- Automate your infeed and outfeed with our range of feed table systems, including free feed tables for up to 250 bottles per-minute. Rotary feed and collection tables also available.
- Depositors from 100ml to 5lt:
- Ideal for thicker products, Karmelle Ltd's depositors are available with a fill-range of up to 5 litres. They can be supplied with a diving head and are well-suited to hygienic food-handling.
- Conveying & handling machines (UK):
- Karmelle Ltd manufactures system conveyors and handling equipment - from slat-roller, to belts.
- Cap elevators/sorters and detectors:
- Karmelle Ltd's capping range also features cap elevators, inclined sorters and cap detection machines.
- Exact flowmeter systems:
- Karmelle Ltd's automatic flowmeter liquid filling machines can fill volumes of between 75ml and 10lt. The latest technology in filling, these modular systems are available with 1 to 12 filling heads.
