- Horizontal Helical Blade Mixer:
- The Horizontal Helical Blade Mixer has a slow rotational speed with a unique low surface area four-blade interrupted spiral mixing element. This enables the Helical Blade Mixer to mix quickly and efficiently while minimising energy usage. We manufacture 18 standard sizes of the Helical Blade Mixer with different configurations and capacities available to suit our customers specification and processing system.

The Helical blade mixer is efficient in mixing dry and damp powders, pastes, slurries and liquids also food paste products for cake mixes with an option of a jacket fitted. - Horizontal Delta Blade Mixer:
- Boone Delta Blade Mixer has been development from the ploughshare mixer concept, offering high shear, short mixing times. The Delta Blade mixer consists of 15 models which can be designed and manufacture to suit your specification.
This flexible Mixer can come with additional options, extra jacketed, (heating or cooling) pressure, offering vacuum and high speed cutter facilities.

Versatile in its mixing from catering food mix, dry mortar, talcum powder, brown sugar, coloured powders, sewage sludge, dyes. - Rotary Drum Blender:
- Low speed Rotary Drum Blender with no moving parts inside the drum make the Boone Blender perfect for gentle mixing of delicate, friable materials.
This allows the product being blended to move easily, ensuring a rapid and homogeneous mix.

The Drum Blender mixes a wide variety of products from Tea, Coffee, Spices, Soap, Powders, Resins, Metallic Powder, Floor screeds, Carpet fibres, Grass seed, Detergents, Aluminium powders.
*With optional extras available: Spray system, Control Panel and Frame work. - Horizontal Paddle Blade Mixer:
- Highly efficient and easy to operate the Boone Horizontal Paddle Blade Mixer uses a contra flow blade design with variable speed; this combined with a short length to diameter ratio achieving a rapid through mix.
Boone Paddle Blade Mixer has the capacity to mix variable shear powders, pastes and liquids with optional extras such as the jacket for heating, cooling, pressure or vacuum facilities.
Size of Paddle Blade Mixer range from 50 to 10,000 litres and is suitable for mixing ceramic powders, vesting materials, cereals, catering recipes, dry concrete, pre-mix powder and oil mix, wall paper paste and industrial waste processing. - Universal Lab Mixer:
- Bench top to pilot scale Boone lab mixers demonstrate how your product can be upscale to a full-scale mixing machine from our Universal Lab Mixer, giving accurate scale-up. The Universal Lab mixer works well in lab facilities conducting inhouse trials on your product, you can develop new products and refine existing recipes instead of taking one of your mixers out of production.

- We specialise in the design and manufacture of Screw Conveyor to sit specific applications and a variety of process requirement such as Metering, high capacity feeders, de-watering, mixing, heating/cooling, damping and conditioning.
Screw Conveyor is designed to suit the following application from:-
• Single flight standard pitch to convey most materials
• Single flight standard pitch ribbon to convey sticky materials.
• Single flight standard pitch-cup and folded for aeration and mixing
We make our conveyors from mild steel, stainless steel, various alloy steels or non-ferrous metals and composites to sit the process requirements.
Designed to specifications capable of 0.5 – 1200 M³/hr, Single span 6m+, with conditions, available on request. - Screw Feeders:
- This Tubular screw feeder is suitable for a variety of applications: - Metering, high capacity feeders, de-watering, mixing, heating/cooling, damping and conditioning.
Boone conveyors are manufactured from mild steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and fitted with a various shaft seals and gasket materials to suit your process.
Easy to clean and provides a quick release tube clamps (3300mm max dia) or split casings with hinged access doors for safety interlocks.
The finish can be done to food quality specification or corrosion resistant paints if required, plastic coatings to polish or bead blasted stainless steel.
