Automatic cartoning machines:
Jacob White automatic packaging machines are carefully designed to deliver enhanced efficiency in all types of packaging environments, be fully customisable and feature multi-product collators, variable speed, high-speed repeatability and easy changeover.

With options for manual or automatic product bucket loading, and fully automatic carton erection, loading and sealing functionality, our automatic packaging machines offer production operations of all sizes a flexible, scalable approach to streamlined, highly consistent packaging and branding.
NS-X 5 Automatic Cartoning Machine:
The NS-X 5 automatic cartoner erects cartons by means of vacuum pick off from a magazine; the carton is automatically picked by detection of the product within the product bucket and places the carton into continuously moving flighted chains. The product can be placed either automatically or manually into the product bucket, the carton is erected and placed into the continuously moving flight chains, the flaps are then formed on the non-loading side and folded open on the loading side, the product buckets slide over to the opened carton at the point of loading thereby allowing for close and controlled loading of the product.

The machine is fitted with a no carton no product reject unit which discards the product outside the guard line of the machine. After product loading, glue is applied to the bottom minor flaps, the top and bottom flaps are then brought together automatically to ensure a fully closed and sealed carton. Powered side belts discharge the cartons from the machine.
NS-X 6 Automatic Cartoner Machine:
The NS-X 6 automatic cartoner erects cartons by means of vacuum pick off from a magazine; the carton is automatically picked by detection of the product within the product bucket and places the carton into continuously moving flighted chains.

After product loading, glue is applied to the bottom minor flaps, the top and bottom flaps are then brought together automatically to ensure a fully closed and sealed carton. Powered side belts discharge the cartons from the machine.
CP-400 Automatic Case Packer:
The CP-400 automatic product case packer has been designed for use in all types of packaging environments.

All through it is the newer member of the Jacob White machine family it has been constructed with the same values User-friendly, easy changeover, variable speed and with a choice of R S C type, End load, box folding or wrap around are all at home being run on this machine. Either case is Vacuum picked from a magazine and opened /erected and placed into the flighted chains, the cases are indexed along to each station, loading closure and sealing with precise servo motion.

These machines can be supplied with various types of product collators for many product types, whether the product is to be placed flat, in multiples, or on edge for shelf-ready display packs, this machine is capable of running all types.
Semi-automatic cartoning machines:
Jacob White semi-automatic cartoning machines give big-production functionality to businesses of all sizes. Our worldwide clients come to us to achieve flexibility and scalability to all types of packaging requirements.

Semi-automatic cartoning streamlines and accelerates production while keeping the on-demand benefits of operator control and greater capacity for quality consistency. Ideal for production companies with a range of different products, Jacob White machines are fully customisable, and have variable speed and size options so that they can be easily adjusted with no parts exchange required.
RSB 3 Semi Automatic Cartoning Machine:
The RSB 3 semiautomatic machine, upon demand from the operator, will automatically pick and erect cartons by means of a rotary motion vacuum system; it will then place the open carton into the continuously moving flighted chains

The flaps are then formed on the non-load side and folded open on the load side for the operator to easily insert the product. After loading, glue is applied to the bottom major flaps on both sides, the top and bottom flaps are then brought together automatically to ensure a fully closed and securely sealed carton. The cartons are discharged from the cartoner by powered side belts.
NS-X 3.1 Semi Automatic Cartoning Machine:
The NS-X 3.1 semiautomatic machine, upon demand from the operator, will automatically pick and erect cartons by means of a rotary motion vacuum system; it will then place the open carton into the continuously moving flighted chains.

The flaps are then formed on the non-load side and folded open on the load side for the operator to easily insert the product. After loading, glue is applied to the bottom major flaps on both sides, the top and bottom flaps are then brought together automatically to ensure a fully closed and sealed carton. The cartons are discharged from the cartoner by powered side belts.
TL-X 3 Semi Automatic Vertical Cartoning Machine:
The TL-X 3 is specifically designed for vertical loading of the carton, the carton upon demand will automatically be picked by means of a rotary motion vacuum system with a carton pre-break fitted as standard to ensure correct opening, will then be placed into the flighted chains

Whether running the TL-X 3 as an intermittent on continua’s motion machine after the carton is placed into the flight chains the top flaps are folded open, and the bottom flaps are then formed/closed and sealed allowing for the product to be placed into the carton safely.

The TL-X 3 has a vast open loading area, allowing for 2 or more operators to be present at the loading stage, after loading the carton is then closed and sealed within the guarded area of the machine to ensure no issue with safety. The finished, closed and sealed carton is discharged from the machine.
Manual packaging machines:
Jacob White manual packaging machines can give big-production functionality to smaller production operations, offering manual loading on a continuously moving, flighted chain system with automatic hot glue applicators, sealing process and discharge.

Manual packaging machines are perfect for small- to medium-sized operations that need precision, versatility and efficiency, without the high-energy consumption and investment of a large-scale production line.
TFS - Carton Sealing Machine:
The Jacob White T F S carton sealing machine is specifically designed and built for the smaller production run operations.

The operator will erect the carton by hand, the product is then placed/loaded into the open carton, and both minor flaps and the bottom flap on each end of the carton are folded closed.

With both top flaps open it is then placed into the continuously moving flighted chains.

These will transport the loaded carton along and through the machine, the top flaps will pass over the hot melt glue applicators, these unit apply a 6mm wide line of glue on the underside of the top flaps which are then automatically brought down on to the bottom flaps to ensure a closed and sealed carton.

The cartons are automatically discharged from the machine.
