In-line sealtester for pillow packs (new: TSC-AS range!):

The TSC-AS inline seal tester measures the air pressure and fill level of every pack directly from the bagmaker. It can detect apertures as small as 3mm, using inline, non-destructive testing, checking each pack for leaks, incorrect inflation and double packs. Its small footprint allows quick and simple installation and enables it to fit easily into existing lines.

X-ray Inspection Systems (New IX-PD range!):

IX-PD: a real step-change in X-ray inspection systems.

• Incorporates new sensor and image processing technology to achieve the highest levels of detection sensitivity

• Direct Conversion technology enables the X-rays to be directly converted to electrons rather than through a photodiode. Removing one of the stages in the inspection process increases the energy efficiency of the IX-PD

• Capable of detecting both low-density and very small size foreign bodies with excellent accuracy whilst enabling manufacturers to maintain high productivity rates.

• Combined with Ishida’s proven Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Dual Energy technologies, the new machine produces an ultra-high resolution and clearer image than conventional X-ray systems.

• Offers enhanced detection for low-density items including bones in fish fillets
and also minute foreign bodies such as stainless steel wires.

The ACP range offers one of the smallest footprints currently available, being up to 50% smaller than equivalent casepacker models.
