Powder Compaction Simulators:: Huxley Bertram offer a range of Powder Compaction Simulators to the pharmaceutical industry, used by formulation scientists globally for research & development of tableting reducing the time to market for new drug discovery.
Earing Test Measurement Equipment:: Huxley Bertram offer two Earing measurement machines. A benchtop contactless Earing measurement unit, using laser technology to measure and record the Earing profile of pre-formed cans for the Canning market. The Automatic cupping and Earing measurement machine, provides earing measurement within the aluminium rolling mill industry.
Special Purpose Machines:: Huxley Bertram design and build Special Purpose Machines, providing bespoke automation solutions to wide ranging industries. With experience in robotic handling, vision systems, pick and place, software and control systems, for automatic assembly machines, medical device inspection and test, microfluidics, high speed unwind/rewind and precision alignment.
Automated Lateral Flow Test Assembly:: Huxley Bertram provides turnkey or bespoke machine development automating lateral flow manufacturing for the medical device and clinical diagnostics industries.
High volume production of lateral flow diagnostics tests at a rate of 2,500 per hour.
