It might have started with packaging, back in 1979 when Garth Christie set Hazel up, but with over 40 years of packaging expertise under our belts, it’s about much more than that now. - E-tape:
- E-Tape is of premium quality and has 127% more tape on the same diameter roll as standard packaging tape. The small core and long 150 m roll length saves time and money, cutting waste by up to 56%.
E-Tape is available with a number of different adhesives to give the best possible seal on most surface types. E-Tape is also available pre-printed with “FRAGILE” or “SECURITY SEAL” and can be printed in full colour to reflect your brand or personal message. - Comarme Carton Sealers & Case Erectors:
- A sustainable alternative to traditional machines that seal boxes with plastic tape, Comarme’s world leading case sealers allow you to efficiently seal large volumes of cartons with environmentally friendly gummed paper tape.
Ideal for use in busy packing operations, Comarme carton sealers and carton erectors speed up the process of forming, filling and sealing boxes, saving you time and money and increasing your output.
Significantly quicker than taping boxes manually, the case erectors form the boxes ready for filling and the carton sealing machines seal the top and bottom of boxes with tape.
They can be easily integrated into existing production lines. - Locked Air™ air pillow and cushion void fill systems:
- Locked Air™ cushions and pillows are perfect for e-commerce, filling gaps and providing a cushioned layer to protect products in transit.
Film options include an eco-friendly degradable pillow film, or an ultra-thin film made of 35% less plastic than standard air pillows. And with high speed, small footprint machines, using ambient air pressure, reducing energy consumption and noise, there’s a quick and easy solution to suit everyone and improve production and efficiency. - Nuevopak™ Recycled paper void fill systems:
- Made of 100% biodegradable paper, this environmentally friendly cushioning is an ideal alternative to bubble-wrap. Highly efficient machines combine with unique X-fold paper to create packaging that’s perfect for filling carton voids and protecting products in transit.
- Surf all paper mailers:
- Surf padded mailers are made of paper inside and out. They are proven to offer just as much protection as bubble wrap, but because they are recyclable they’re far more eco-friendly.
All mailers are FSC and Aticelca 501 certified, and our brown Kraft Surf mailers are made from recycled paper.
