- ServoFill Range of Auger Fillers:
- The Servo-Fill range of auger fillers from Webb Automation is the ultimate solution for high-speed and accurate powder dosing applications. Equipped with advanced servo motors and innovative features, this machine can deliver exceptional performance and reliability, making it a perfect fit for any materials handling facility. It is designed with user-friendliness in mind, ensuring easy and efficient changeovers. This Servo-Fill is floor mounted and can be used either in stand-alone hand presentation applications or integrated with other container handling equipment to form a semi-automatic / fully automatic packaging system.
- RotorPlant Range of Roatary Fillers:
- With a range of filling heads, available to handle containers at speeds up to 500 containers per minute the Rotorplant machines Main Turret incorporates vibratory overflow funnels which are positioned under a perfectly pitched machine top plate to ensure high accuracy of fill, during continuous dosing of product.
- BP400 Bag Feeding and Filling Machines:
- System to automatically present, fill and close pre made block bottomed gusseted type bags. Options of bulk fill and top up filling also available.
- Linear Weighing Machines:
- A full range of linear weighing systems are available to handle granular and piece type products.
- Weighmaster Range of Fastener Weigh/Counting Machines:
- Weigh/counting machines specialising in packing nuts, bolts, screws, nails etc in various pack weights up to 25 Kg.
- Rotary Indexing Filler Range:
- Integrated powder filling, check weighing & can seamer. Compact monoblock systems offering complete can filling & closing at up to 60/min.
Rotary Indexing System Combined with fillers can operate at speeds up to 60 containers per minute up to a maximum size of 70mm diameter x 200mm high.
