- Hygiene Ultra 40 Hose:
- This hose is special due to the antimicrobial protection that is impregnated into the hose cover. The hose has been tested for its effectiveness at combating COVID 19. The tests have proven that the hose has an 82% antiviral efficacy against the virus after only 2 hours of exposure. The antimicrobial cover on the hose reduces the risk of cross contamination within food processing environments as it can stop the growth of micro-organisms and even kill them.
- Triple Nozzle:
- Triple Nozzle Made From AISI316 Stainless Steel. Complete With Foam Nozzle, Chemical Nozzle & Rinse Nozzle Making It Ideal For The Food Industry. Nozzle Selection Is Made With A Simple Twist & Click Into Position Of The Main Body.
- RM Suttner ST3225 Food Industry Gun:
- RM Suttner's food industry wash gun, capable of flow rates of up to 120lpm. They come with a progressive valve system, which reduces the risk of water hammer in high flow applications. The trigger also has Suttner’s LTF technology, which makes the trigger 40% easier to pull and 90% easier to hold than standard wash guns when in use.
- HACCP compliant Gun Covers:
- Suttner's colour-coded concept provides a pragmatic approach to the food sector's challenges of ensuring efficient hygienic cleaning and a visibly safe physical environment in Food and beverage manufacturing facilities. All of R+M Suttner's food-industry specific 'high hygiene' tools are made of 1935/2004/EC compliant materials and materials which meet the requirements of EC regulation 10/2011/EC regarding food contact materials and can be washed at high temperatures to eliminate germs and bacteria.
- RM Suttner Food Safe Foam Gun:
- The Suttner ST3100 stainless steel guns are a range of medium pressure (60bar), high flow (100lpm) guns designed for use with foam. These are a professional gun with an external progressive valve closing system, which reduces the risk of water hammer in high flow applications. They are designed for use in foam and rinse applications within food processing environments and have impact resistant plastic housings which comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004

- HACCP compliant stainless steel lances with coloured grips. These lances are the perfect match for our range of colour coded guns, nozzle protectors and hoses.
