Conveying and Handling systems (UK):

Dodman supply standard and custom built food conveyors for specialised applications within the food processing industry. We work very closely with our customers, understanding and meeting their needs on the very specific and sometimes unique solutions to solve their food product handling challenges.

We can supply a wide choice of conveyor types suitable for most handling/transfer applications which include PU Belt, Modular, Slat, Troughed Bed, Wire Mesh, Chain, Vibratory and Powered Roller.

Vibratory systems (UK):

Dodman vibratory systems are renowned for reliability, easy cleaning, gentle product handling and precise control.

Our vibratory conveyors can be used for a number of applications including feeding, metering, transferring, grading, dewatering, separating, aligning, inspection, screening, sieving and glazing/washing.

Lifting & Tipping (UK):

Dodman Lifting & Tipping machines provide a safe and effective method of elevating bulk product containers within your production facility. Dodman supplies a wide range of food tippers and lifts for the efficient decanting of produce from crates and bins directly into the food processing line.
Robust engineering means heavy loads can be elevated and deposited safely and reliably.
Includes Column Lifters, Dolav Tippers, Eurobin Tippers, Pallet, Box and Octobin Tippers.

Cookers (UK):

Dodman provides water blanching systems with the latest process and control technology. By using this water blanching method, we blanch products such as pulses, pasta, potato and rice.

Dodman Rotary Drum Blancher is a “continuous” system, using hot water blanch products with water at up to 98ºc. Capable of rehydration of a wide range of materials, including navy beans, peas, rice, pasta and vegetables.

Cook Quench Chill system - a “batch” system designed to rapidly cook and chill vegetables, pasta and rice products with maximum water and energy savings.
