- Compact and high speed automated packing systems to place packaged products into crates, trays, boxes and cases.
- Pick and place systems - packaged products:
- High speed robotic pick and place automation systems for packing flow wrapped, VFFS and tray seal products into containers.
- Pick and place systems - unpackaged products:
- High speed robotic pick and place automation systems for stacking and placement of unpackaged products prior to the packing process.
- Collaborative Robots:
- Collaborative robots with specialist Brillopak end effectors.
Applications include packing, sorting and quality control along with specific tasks such as machine monitoring. - Crate/Tray Handling Systems:
- High speed crate destackers which take a pallet load of empty crates and dispense onto single or multiple production lines.
- Robot palletisers:
- Compact robotic palletisers which handle multiple products with no tooling changeover. Applications include cases, trays, bags, boxes and crates.
- Semi-automatic packing station:
- Reduces labour cost whilst optimising line speed of manual packing lines. Puts management in control of line speed and productivity.
- End of line packing systems:
- Integrated packing, palletising and denesting/destacking systems for crates, trays, cases and bags for complete end of line automation.
- Pick and place systems - packaging placement:
- High speed robotic pick and place systems for placing empty packaging e.g. punnets, paper trays and bottles to be filled.
