Collator series:

Our Collator series are designed as a first step to your end-of-line automation.
These semi-automatic solutions still require manual labour to pack your product. However, these low-cost solutions help you to make your process much simpler and more efficient. With a minimal investment, you can quickly increase your production, while reducing labour costs by adding one or multiple of our collator solutions to your packaging line.

Gravity Series:

Our Gravity series are designed around the needs of our customers. These solutions use the force of gravity to top load your product into a secondary container.

Cubemaster Series:

Our Cubemaster series have been designed for the specific vertical packing for frozen French fries. With the vertical packing of French fries bags, the breakage of the fries during transportation is reduced and is evenly distributed in all the bags in the case. This will lead to an overall reduced waste level in the manufacturing process of fries.

Spider Series:

The Spider series are robotic case packing solutions and add flexibility, versatility and speed to your case packing process. It is the most accurate way of packing your product into various secondary containers. The BPA Vision Guided Robotics increase the versatility and simplify implementation. It also reduces the costs and complexity of fixed tooling often associated with the variety of products and packing patterns.

Wraparound Series:

The Wraparound series offer excellent and flexible wrap-around case packers for horizontal and vertical case packing solutions. It distinguishes itself with its unique Catamaran construction style and servo-controlled technology.
This versatile machine is able to produce different case styles, offering you a large size range and suitable for wide variety of different packages, orientations and speeds.
