Capping machines for Bottles, Jars and Containers:

Automatic pick and place, pick off and twist capping machines for all bottles, jars and containers from hand present units to fully automatic 60,000 bph machines including cap elevators and specially designed systems.

The twist vacuum cappers are available in steam and non steam and from hand present 600 caps to fully automatic 30,000 caps per hour.

Bottle unscramblers:

This range of rotary machines are designed for sorting all type of round or shaped bottles in PET, HDPE, PP and PVC.

The series includes three different models. Depending on the size of the containers, they are adapted to speeds from 60 to 175 cpm, assuring that there is an unscrambler that ideally suits the requirements of each customer in food & beverage, personal care, household cleaning and home care.

Linear and rotary bottle rinsers:

If you want genuine rinsing then these are market leading machines for the food, cosmetics and pharma industries from 900 - 50,000 BPH.
Bottles are inverted by means of a side-grip conveyor or rotating wheel with two cleaning options.
- Blow and vacuum with filtered ionized compressed air.
- Blow and vacuum with Ion rinse.

An aseptic and Pharma versions are also available.

End of Line Equipment:

Autopack can provide end of line equipment to assist your line. Box erectors, case tapers, pallet wrappers and a range of robotic packing solutions.

Continuous Band Sealers:

A wide range of band sealers in full stainless steel as standard. They are available as floor mounted vertical sealers with integral conveyors or stand alone. PE, Laminate and Paper bags, Doy-pack pouches to heavy duty sacks.
We have a sealer for most applications.
The range also includes vacuum and gas flushing machines for extended shelf life of products.
Batch coding on the machines is also an option.

Depalletisers:

Our depalletisers are designed to use pallets measuring 1000 x 1200 mm, with a maximum pallet height of 2500 mm (pallet included).

There is no limit for different sizes of bottles or different numbers of layers.

Filling Machines:

A range of volumetric, gravity and level fill linear liquid fillers for the food, cosmetic, automotive, horticultural and home care markets.

Available in single, 2, 4, 8 and 12 head versions with a fill range of 10ml up to 10 litres. A wide range of options is available to fill most products into most bottles, jars or containers.

Vertical Form Fill and Seal machines - VFFS:

A range of machines made in both application and size offering pillow pack, block bottom and quad style packs.
Supplied as stand alone machines or with weighing, liquid and powder fillers along with conveyors, printers and other ancillary equipment.
Made in the UK, available in painted and stainless steel, they provide excellent value. Designed for easy maintenance and cleaning.

Automatic Doy-pack (Pouch) fill and seal machines:

The MH-170 uses film on the reel to form the Doy-packs and then fill. The pouches can have zippers, spouts and other closures applied automatically.

The MH-250 will fill and seal a wide range of pre made Doy-packs with no change parts and easy change over.

Rotary Filling Blocks:

Rotary filling block for speeds up to 20,000 containers an hour, with a number of filling technologies suitable a range of industries including; Wine, spirits, dairy, liquid foods, personal care, home care and chemicals.

Horizontal Sachet Machines:

Autopack automatic Horizontal packaging machines are available in standard and duplex versions and have been developed for the packaging of powder, granules, liquid, wipes and shaped sachets in three or four sided sachets.

Stick Pack Machines:

Autopack can supply a wide range of stick pack machines, in a variety of lanes. Suitable for packing, sauces, gels, free flowing materials and powders.

Bag-In-Box

Autopack can supply a range of bag-in-box machines, both semi automatic and fully automatic, suitable for a wide range of liquid products Including dairy, wine, processed liquids and chemicals from 1.5 litres up to 1000 litre bags.

Including the supply of pressurised tanks up to 200 litres and consumables including bags, boxes, stand up pouches etc.
