Products Supplied

AMRs and AGVs:
Autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and Auto Guided Vehicles (AGVs) facilitate the autonomous transport of payloads around the required working environment without human assistance.
There are many types available offering range of capabilities from basic systems requiring infrastructure for navigation such as wires/tapes to intelligent vehicle that navigate without external infrastructure and have the intelligence to calculate the shortest or optimal route between pick and place points. Inappropriate selection can result in lengthy unproductive evaluations, workflow disruption and potential for degraded operational performance.
Collaborative Robots (Cobots):
Are you ready for the future of automation, where human and machines work in harmony? The new range of collaborative robots (cobots) are safer, simple to program and easier to integrate within your automation systems, representing big steps towards intelligent manufacturing.

Intelligent, agile robotic arms offer a high degree of agility, can work collaboratively with humans and are ideal for executing pick/place/assembly, quality inspection tasks in a highly repeatable and re-produceable manner.
Platform Management Systems:
Platform Management Systems (PMS), is an advanced control system solution suitable for naval vessels such as surface ships, submarines and unmanned vehicles.
Using next generation advanced computer-based technology to monitor and control on board systems, our platform management systems consists of actuators, data processing, remote terminal units and sensors to provide safe, secure, condition-based control, monitoring and diagnostics on the status of a ship and its major systems.
Digital Twins:
A Digital Twin is a simulation model that accurately replicates physical systems and their characteristics in the virtual world. When presented with same inputs, an effective Twin will react and exhibit the same operational behaviour as the physical system it represents. It forms a powerful asset enabling visualisation and assessment of system operational performance before committing to process changes such as prototyping, technology upgrades, new layouts, new methods.

Avoid costly mistakes, take the right decisions, and maximise your operations with a Digital Twin, a Forward-Thinking asset!
Power Management Systems:
Applied Integration has many years of experience in the design and implementation of Power Management and Electrical Network Management Systems (ENMS) across critical applications such as hospitals, banks and data centres.
Safety Mission Critical Controls:
Applied Integration are approved integrators for all the leading PLC manufacturers, delivering safety systems applicable to IEC61508 and IEC61511 up to SIL3 across the defence, marine, oil, gas, petrochemical and nuclear energy industries.
Smart and Heavy Load AGVs:
We can offer smart solutions for transporting heavy loads around a site in many sectors such as wind & rail sectors, nuclear, shipbuilding, automotive, aerospace, steel, mines, ports, bakeries and many others transporting loads from 1 to 1,200 tons. We are pleased to be partnered with DTA, a leading company specialising in the design and manufacture of self-propelled indoor and outdoor transporters.

Transporting heavy and/or large payloads manually can be difficult, risky and time consuming. The solution: DTA’s AGVs. With over 50 years’ experience, DTA are experts in enhancing customers safety, productivity, ROI, and providing effective repeatable transport. DTA specialises in designing and manufacturing reliable AGV’s capable of negotiating difficult paths, accurately positioning payloads for transfer/test rig placement.
Rajant - Failsafe Wireless Technology:
Rajant Kinetic Mesh Technology, a fully mobile wireless mesh network connectivity that requires less infrastructure to create reliable mobile coverage across a full industrial site. Rajant uses breadcrumb nodes which works object to object holding multiple connections over multiple frequencies at the same time. This maintains bandwidth as the objects move around the full site. These Breadcrumb nodes can either be fixed on site or can be deployed on mobile equipment to achieve coverage in hard to reach areas. Many Rajant users are now adopting robotic collaboration and are adding drones to their fleet, this helps with aerial surveillance, infrastructure monitoring and also acts as another mobile breadcrumb node to achieve robust aerial broadband connectivity.
Vision Systems:
Vision forms a critical element of intelligent processing. In many cases it is the only way to differentiate the features required to trigger an action. Machine vision is the output of the integration of hardware and software to execute process functions by capture and processing digital images. An example of this is inspection process.

Using a suitable camera (or cameras) it takes images of items passing by on a line, processing algorithms then determines if an item meets required standards or not. If ‘a go’, the item proceeds to the next stage in the process, if ‘a no go’, the item is redirected as a reject for more detailed examination or disposal.
Palletizing Solutions:
If you're in the manufacturing sector, a robotic palletizing solution could be beneficial for you. Palletizing is a simple, repetitive task and is the action of placing finished products on a pallet ready for shipment or storage in the logistics supply chain. By introducing robotic palletizing solutions, it ensures you get the flexibility, productivity and reliability you need to meet ever shorter product life-cycles, new packaging designs, multiple pack sizes & product variants and batch manufacturing.
Selecting the right robot for your application is critical, and that’s why we are here to help. The following factors: payload, duty, reach, cycle time, weight of products and floor space, all affect which robot is suitable for your project.

Applied Integration have an in house digital twin team who can set up the process and make modifications in a virtual reality (VR) environment before being applied to the final system, avoiding risk and loss of production.
