The range includes: -

Combi-Packer type machines are also available to produce Tray + Film and Wraparound Carton on the same machine.

Robopac manufacture a comprehensive range of semi-automatic machines for the sealing of cases with adhesive tape.
Machines are available with Automatic Flap Closing and Tape Sealing both Top and Bottom of the case simultaneously.
Machines that work with one carton format and need to be adjusted for other carton dimensions or Self-Adjusting type machines capable of handling random sizes of case can be supplied.

Depalletisers:

Robopac / Ocme manufacture a comprehensive range of fully automatic machines for depalletising empty containers.
Suitable to handle a wide range of empty containers, including, Glass Jars / Bottles, Food and Beverage Cans and Plastic Containers for Beverage, Food, Home & Personal Care products, Plastic Crates & Bulk Containers.

Both Traditional Sweep-Off type Depalletisers and Robotic type machines are available and can be integrated with automated systems for interlayer card removal and empty pallet stacker / storage magazines.

Palletisers:

Robopac / Ocme manufacture a comprehensive range of fully automatic palletisers.
Suitable to handle a wide range of packs, such as film only, tray + shrink, and cartons.
Traditional type palletisers to load complete layers and robotic systems to palletise packs row-by-row are available.
Automated systems for empty pallet de-stacking / loading and interlayer card placement can be integrated as can pallet stretch wrapping.
Robotic pack manipulators can be integrated to pre-form layer patterns prior to loading into the palletiser hoist to increase speed capability.
Machines with low-level infeed or high-level infeed are available capable of palletising speeds up to 10 layers per minute.

AGV / Automated Intralogistics:

Ocme manufactures a comprehensive range of Autonomous Laser Guided Vehicles for the automation of delivering pallets of empty containers to a filling line and at the end of the line they can be used to collect pallets of finished product directly from the pallet wrapper in a timely manner and deliver either into warehouse pallet racking or directly into a load picking area.

Ocme offer a comprehensive solution to automated intralogistics as they manufacture a comprehensive range of AGV / Forklifts, automatic battery charging stations, and Ocme Traffic Manager / Warehouse Manager software, who’s main task is the supervision of the LGV fleet.

LGV’s are a cost-effective way of eliminating repetitive menial tasks within a factory and they are safer as there are less personnel interactions and forklifts operating in a busy production areas.
