The ATS Packaging division specialises in the design and manufacture of packaging line machinery for the household goods, personal care, agro-chemical, petro-chemical, food & beverage, cosmetic and pharmaceutical sectors.
Our range of Linear filling and capping machines combine flexibility with minimal format change-parts. With a variety of different container handling systems including product gating, scroll feeding or 'continuous move' control.
Our range of Rotary filling and capping machines offer higher output speed for more dedicated production requirements and can be combined in a single machine system to offer a Monobloc solution.
We have advanced solutions for the automatic feeding and sorting of all types of packaging industry products including containers, caps, dispensing pumps, spray triggers, vials, stoppers, syringes etc.
From container unscrambling, liquid filling, closure feeding & tightening to ‘end of line’ packing equipment an ATS Packaging solution offers a single source system provider of pedigree that will exceed your expectations.
In addition, we offer start-of-line mixing and blending equipment to end of line pallet wrapping solution, allowing us to offer your complete turn-key packaging machinery line.

- Capping Machines (UK):
- Capping machines for the closure of all types of caps, dispensing pumps and spray triggers. With a variety of tightening solutions including magnetic hysteresis clutch or advanced servo-controlled closing technologies.
Servo controlled tightening options include configurable electronic cam lift with calibrated torque tightening and force control for the most critical closing applications.
Our range includes stand alone modules for manual placement of containers, linear container feeding for lower output but a more flexible approach and higher speed rotary machines for output speeds up to 240upm.
Fully certified Ex versions are available for intrinsically safe environments. - Liquid Filling Machines (UK):
- The widest range of liquid filling machines available with both linear and rotary systems available. Filling technologies include weigh(t) filling, servo piston filling (volumetric), flow meter filling or gear pump filling.
